Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding an eligible return or refund request.

Because our products are made to order, returns and refunds are only accepted in specific circumstances outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or issue refunds only if:

  • the item is defective
  • the item is damaged upon arrival
  • you received the incorrect item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide either a replacement or a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • items ordered in the wrong size
  • items returned due to preference, fit, or change of mind
  • items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies due to a defect or error, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under EU consumer protection laws. This right does not apply to goods produced specifically after an order is placed, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Refunds

We will notify you once your request has been reviewed and approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
