Orders are fulfilled and shipped from production partners located in Canada or the United States, depending on availability and destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
